This is achieved using unique raw materials and production processes to produce profile wrapping, edgebanding and softforming adhesives that outperform standard filled adhesives. Clean and extremely easy to handle, BAMFutura adhesives for wood can be used with most woodworking machines and securely bond PVC, HPL, solid wood, melamine, wood veneer and other materials to MDF and chipboard.
For profile wrapping, BAMFutura 301 and 303 provide assured solutions. BAMFutura 301 is a hard-wearing general purpose hot melt adhesive that offers a long open time. It is heat resistant and adheres strongly to a wide range of materials. Low viscosity, high adhesion and the ability to withstand low temperatures make BAMFutura 303 ideal for slot coating applications or the bonding of thermally sensitive materials, such as PVC.
Our BAMFutura 307, 308 and 309 grades are perfect for edgebanding and softforming. BAMFutura 307 is a fast melt adhesive with good adhesion properties and is ideally suited to being applied as a thin film especially on difficult edges. BAMFutura 308 has a higher viscosity and can withstand temperatures of 60°C - 70°C. This is particularly beneficial in the high-speed bonding of edgebanding and softforming. BAMFutura 309 is a low smearing edgebanding hot melt which is clean and easy to use. BAMFutura 309 is a high tack adhesive providing excellent adhesion to difficult surfaces.
